Horizon Farm offers a warm and inclusive environment for adults with intellectual disabilities, providing them with a true home away from home. We see ourselves as an extended family, not only for our residents but also for their loved ones, walking together on life’s unique journey.

Our facility accommodates up to forty individuals aged 18 and older, with varying levels of intellectual and moderate physical impairments. Our residents include those with autism, Down Syndrome, and other intellectual challenges.

Set on 32 acres of beautiful land in the Clifton Canyon Valley near Shongweni, just outside Durban, Horizon Farm provides a secure, joyful, and engaging space where residents thrive in the tranquility of nature.
