If you would like to apply for your loved one to stay at the farm you will need to do the following:
- Contact us to arrange to visit the farm, for a tour of the facilities
- Complete and submit an application form.
- We will need a full medical history and diagnosis of the applicant, and financial information of the guarantor
Our residential team will then assess the application and then get back to you.
